The main facility, located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, is situated
on 150 acres of beautiful countryside.
White Deer Run also offers Inpatient facilities at Lancaster, Lebanon, Blue Mountain, York, and Cove Forge. Outpatient services are provided in Altoona, Allentown, Erie, Harrisburg, Lewisburg, New Castle, Lebanon, Pittsburgh and Williamsport. A male Halfway House and a female Halfway House are operated in Johnstown.

White Deer Run/Cove Forge Behavioral Health System prioritizes for assessment of the following populations:
- Pregnant injecting drug users
- Pregnant substance abusers

White Deer Run of Allenwood offers specialty groups and services, which focus on a variety of themes and topics such as foundations of addiction, relapse prevention, co-occurring disorders, parenting, decision making, coping skills, life skills development, family disease of addiction, men's issues, women's issues, African American group, rainbow group, recovery planning, anger management, and continuing care planning, to name a few.
Creative therapies provided include: Reiki for treatment of chronic pain, abuse issues and/or emotional issues; EMDR therapy for symptom reduction related to trauma issues; psychodrama ranging from social atoms to full dramas; art therapy as an expressive medium for intrapersonal conflict and trauma; and relaxation therapy.
