About Our Lewisburg Outpatient Location
White Deer Run of Lewisburg is an outpatient rehab center that provides a variety of services to adults who are in the process of recovering from an addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Our outpatient rehab center provides both a traditional outpatient program (OP) as well as an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
At White Deer Run of Lewisburg, we understand the unique challenges that are experienced by individuals in early recovery, and we honor the strength and character of each person who chooses to heal with us. Regardless of an individual’s age or the type of treatment that he or she is receiving at our outpatient rehab center, our ultimate objective is to ensure that he or she has made the lifestyle changes and developed the skills and strategies that will enable him or her to successfully pursue long-term recovery.
Types of Treatment
The following are examples of the treatment methods, models, types of therapy, and other elements that may be included in a participant’s outpatient rehab experience at White Deer Run of Lewisburg:
Group therapy: Group therapy is the primary means of outpatient rehab at White Deer Run of Lewisburg. Both OP and IOP participants will take part in group therapy sessions under the guidance of a qualified professional. These sessions are ideal opportunities for participants to share the insights that they have developed during their early recovery, learn from the experiences of others in rehab, and practice healthy interpersonal communication skills. Though the focus and direction of any specific group may be altered based upon the contributions of group members, the following are among the general topics that may be addressed during group therapy at our outpatient rehab center in Lewisburg:

Individual therapy: Individual therapy may be scheduled on an as-needed basis as a complement to the group therapy schedule that is described in greater detail below. All individual therapy sessions involve one-on-one meetings between participants and their primary counselor or therapist.
Family therapy: Family members can be significantly impacted by a loved one’s addiction, and they may also play an important role in his or her recovery. In order to best meet the needs of our OP and IOP participants and their family members, the staff at our outpatient rehab center may schedule family therapy sessions on an as-needed basis. Family therapy can serve multiple purposes, including helping family members to address the ways that they contributed to and/or were impacted by the participant’s substance abuse, strengthening the family unit, promoting healthy interactions among family members, and preparing family members to play active roles in their loved one’s recovery support network.
Treatment methods: In order to best reach all participants and empower them to successfully pursue long-term recovery, White Deer Run of Lewisburg incorporates a variety of treatment methods, including the following:

Treatment schedule: Treatment at White Deer Run of Lewisburg is provided at the following times:
Adult Outpatient Treatment (OP)

- Tuesday: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday: 10 a.m. to noon
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Monday: 9:30 a.m. to noon
- Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. to noon
- Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. to noon
