Kieran is a Registered Nurse, AANC Board Certified Mental Health – Psychiatric Nurse. He began his employment with White Deer Run in 1987 and began his nursing career with White Deer Run in 1995. He worked as a staff nurse on all three shifts. He became the Nurse Manager in 2000 overseeing the staffing, development, and operation of the nursing department. He became the Director of Medical Services in 2013 taking on the responsibility of the nursing, medical, and detox departments. He has been in his current role as COO since 2018.
